The enquiry form asks for your name, company, business email, optional phone number, area of interest and message. This information is intended to help Fronix understand and respond to your request. Do not submit passwords, access credentials or sensitive system data.

Form delivery

The form confirms receipt only when the enquiry service accepts your message. If delivery is unavailable, the form displays an error and does not confirm receipt.

Website enquiries are emailed to support@fronix.com.my through our SMTP service. Your email address is used as the reply address. We do not send an automatic confirmation email to you.

Cookies and external services

This website does not include advertising trackers or optional analytics. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request data for delivery and security. External sites linked from this website have their own privacy practices.
